BONJ Shipping Policy

At BONJ Studio, every piece is individually made, finished, inspected, and prepared with care. As many of our garments are produced from scratch after an order is placed, please allow a minimum of 15–20 days from the date of placing your order for your piece to be prepared for dispatch.

Certain custom, hand-manipulated, highly detailed, or one-of-one pieces may require additional preparation time. Where applicable, our team will communicate the estimated timeline with you.

Our support team will remain in touch throughout the process, coordinating the making and preparation of your piece from order confirmation through to dispatch.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges apply separately to domestic and international orders and are calculated according to the destination, package requirements, and selected shipping service.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges imposed by the destination country, unless specifically stated otherwise.

Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Australia, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time.

For security and asset-protection reasons, BONJ is unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or freight-forwarding addresses.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the nature, value, size, or requirements of a particular piece.

The carrier used may vary depending on the destination, service availability, package requirements, and nature of the shipment.

Secure Delivery & Signature

Due to the individual nature and value of selected BONJ pieces, additional delivery security measures may apply.

• Adult Signature: Certain high-value orders may require an adult signature upon delivery.

• Secure Delivery: Where signature service is required, packages cannot be left unattended at the delivery address.

• Accurate Address: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of purchase.

• Third-Party Forwarding: BONJ cannot assume responsibility for garments that are managed, rerouted, forwarded, or received through unauthorised third-party forwarding services.

Additional security requirements may apply to rental, sourcing, celebrity, editorial, or other high-value pieces.

Delivery Delays

Estimated preparation and delivery timelines are provided in good faith and may vary due to production requirements, customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or circumstances outside BONJ's control.

For pieces requiring additional production time, our team will communicate the expected timeline wherever possible.
